Make informed decisions about recruitment and training using our Training Needs Assessment (TNA) service. We use a range of standardised tools to help HR professionals set the level of English proficiency needed in different jobs, test applicants to ensure new recruits have the required level of English, and assess current staff to identify training gaps.
We start with our free benchmarking service which is informed by the Workplace English Tool from CAMBRIDGE and includes interactive surveys and self-assessment.

Benchmarking allows organisations to:

Set a recommended English level in each of the four skills - reading, writing, listening and speaking for different job roles within the business.

Use the results to create more effective job descriptions and adverts to ensure you are looking for candidates with the right level of English.

Set a minimum level of English for existing roles and then provide training to staff who do not meet that level.
